EverLush Jewels is a jewelry retailer based in Sunnyvale, California, serving customers across the United States.
In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean EverLush Jewels, and "you" means the person browsing this site or placing an order. You can reach us at care@everlushjewels.com.
You may browse and shop this site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse it — for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping it at scale, or using it for anything unlawful.
All content on this site, including text, photography, product descriptions, the EverLush name and the EverLush logo, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it commercially without our written consent.
We make every effort to describe and photograph our jewelry accurately. Materials, finishes and stones vary by piece, and the details shown on each product page are the ones that apply to that piece.
Slight variations may occur between the photographs and the item you receive, due to lighting, photography, screen settings and the natural characteristics of individual materials. This is normal and is not a defect.
Products are offered subject to availability. Some designs are restocked; others are available for a limited time. We may change or discontinue any product at any time.
At Everlush Jewels, we carefully select our jewellery with quality, comfort, and everyday wear in mind. As everyone’s skin is unique, individual sensitivities to certain metals or materials may occasionally vary.
If you have a known sensitivity or allergy to jewellery materials, we recommend reviewing the available product details before purchasing and choosing pieces that are suitable for you.
To help maintain both comfort and the appearance of your jewellery, we also recommend avoiding prolonged contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and other chemicals.
If you experience irritation or discomfort while wearing a piece, discontinue use.
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before you place an order. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed at checkout.
Standard shipping is free on all orders within the United States. Applicable taxes and gift wrapping, where selected, are shown at checkout before you pay.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Available options may vary depending on your location and the payment services available on this site. Card details are handled by our payment processor; we do not store your full card number.
Unless otherwise stated, only one promotional or discount code may be applied to an order at a time.
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation to the email address you provided at checkout.
We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if there has been a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund it.
Because orders may begin processing soon after they are placed, cancellations are not guaranteed. Please contact Customer Care as soon as possible and we will let you know whether a change is still possible.
We ship within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally.
Standard shipping is free on all orders within the United States.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information using the contact details associated with your order. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by the carrier.
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Please make sure the delivery address you give us is correct and secure.
Due to the nature of our jewelry and for hygiene and quality considerations, all EverLush Jewels purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges, including for a different design, color or size.
Please review product descriptions, materials, colors and photographs carefully before placing an order. If you have questions beforehand, Customer Care will be happy to help.
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, or that arrives damaged, you must email Customer Care within 24 hours of receiving the order, with your order number and clear photographs and a video of the item and its packaging. Reports made after that window cannot be accepted.
Shipping is free on all orders, so there is no standard outbound shipping charge to deduct.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies you may have under applicable law, including any statutory rights in respect of goods that are faulty or not as described.
This site and its content are provided as they are. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order, so please check it each time you shop.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the courts of California will have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any consumer protections available to you where you live.
